MGSO Big 4 Pageants, are the major internet contests for women include the yearly MGSO World, MGSO Universe, MGSO International and MGSO Earth that runs by Miss Grand Slam Organization.

Historically, the MGSO Big 4 winners have to represented their own countries in their sister Miss Grand Slam pageant. It was established when a MGSO Big 4 winner wins the Miss Grand Slam title, the first runner-up assumes the respective MGSO Big 4 title for the remainder of the year.

• 6 countries did the best in the MGSO Big 4, they were Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, and USA, each of them had 3 placements out of the 4 pageants
• Russia placed 6th in both MGSO Universe & MGSO World
• The best performance of Northern Europe is the same in 3 MGSO Pageants (Universe, World, International), all of them were placed as 6th
• South Africa is the only African countries that placed in the MGSO Big 4, she got a total of 2 placements this year
